Jobgether is seeking a senior performance marketing leader for a remote, Canada-based role. You will direct large-scale, full-funnel ecommerce campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and programmatic channels, aligning with long-term growth targets.

You will manage a 15+ person team, partner with executives, optimize CAC/ROAS/MER, and drive revenue while maintaining margins. The role emphasizes forecasting, analytics, and strategic roadmap development.

• Improve department-wide processes for delivery and quality.
• Shape strategy and roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
• Navigate complex client challenges with clear, commercially grounded advice.
