Job summary

Employment Hero seeks a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to own multi-channel campaigns across Canada. This hands-on role covers Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Affiliate networks, and emerging channels, from setup to optimization and reporting.

You will align ad performance with CRM and pipeline metrics, run structured experiments, and collaborate with Content, Creative, Ops, and Sales to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in performance/ growth marketing or campaign operations.
• Proven ability to drive growth through paid digital media.
• Multi-platform expertise with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across core platforms.
• Coordinate affiliate programs and partner marketing (e.g., PartnerStack).
• Analyze funnel data and deliver actionable insights and reporting.
