Job summary

Alliance Foundation seeks a seasoned Director of Development – Individual Giving & Stewardship to grow a portfolio of individual donors, lead mid-level giving and annual fund strategies, and guide two major annual fundraising events in Greater Los Angeles. You will develop strategies to deepen donor relationships and build a sustainable pipeline toward major gifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–12 years of progressive fundraising experience.
• Proven success in donor cultivation and retention.
• Experience managing mid-level and annual giving efforts.
• Experience with fundraising events and sponsorships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of individual donors and prospects with capacity to contribute $2,500 to $25,000 annually.
• Lead the donor engagement cycle including identification, research, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Develop and execute mid-level giving and Annual Fund strategies to acquire new donors and increase retention.
• Lead fundraising events and sponsorship development for the Foundation's annual events.
