Job summary

All Seniors Foundation in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Director of Development to lead the strategic fundraising function, overseeing major gifts, grants, planned giving, annual giving, and donor events. You will manage the Grant Writer and Development Manager, set revenue targets, and serve as a key external face of the organization with major donors.

Qualifications

7+ years progressive fundraising experience with documented revenue results.
3+ years managing development staff.
Strong major-gifts cultivation track record (gifts of $25K+).
CFRE certification preferred.
Experience with healthcare or aging-services fundraising a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the development team including Grant Writer, Fundraising Manager, and Marketing Coordinator
Develop and execute multi-year development strategy with annual revenue targets
Personally cultivate and steward top 20–30 major donors and prospects
Lead planned-giving program and major-gift solicitations ($25K+)
Partner with CEO and Board on strategic fundraising initiatives
Report fundraising metrics, donor demographics, and outcomes to leadership and Board
