Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Contract Management Specialist II to support the Commercial and Vendor Legal teams. You will draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of agreements, NDAs, and amendments while triaging requests and advising on process improvements.

You will coordinate approvals, maintain templates, and clearly communicate positions and risks to internal partners, working in a high-volume environment with strong judgment and speed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of contract management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (no JD required).
• Experience with a CLM platform; Ironclad preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial and vendor agreements, amendments, NDAs, and other contracts.
• Triage incoming legal requests and route matters needing attorney involvement.
• Coordinate contract approvals and cross-functional reviews toward execution.
• Maintain and improve standard contract templates, playbooks, and knowledge management resources.
• Communicate contract positions and risks clearly to internal partners.
• Identify recurring pain points and drive process improvements for speed and quality.
• Meet aggressive internal SLAs while balancing shifting priorities.
• Partner with Legal Operations, Financial Systems, and Procurement on solution design.
• Support ad-hoc matters and special projects as the function evolves.
