Business Information Group, Inc. is seeking a Client Success Operations Manager to lead the post-sales strategy, optimize internal processes, and scale client engagements from a remote location.

You will mentor the client success team, analyze data, and partner with sales, delivery, and operations to grow ARR and renewals while delivering outstanding outcomes for technology-enabled construction clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in client success or related role.
• Experience leading teams and scalable processes.
• Ability to analyze client data and translate into insights.
• Knowledge of renewals, ARR, and expansion opportunities.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute client engagement strategies for retention.
• Create and maintain client success playbooks and rhythms.
• Lead recurring business reviews with clients to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, operations, and tech teams.
• Monitor health metrics, NPS, ARR, renewals, and risks.
• Translate feedback and trends into actionable process improvements.
• Manage high-priority client relationships and escalations.
• Support expansion and renewal efforts by aligning needs with BIG solutions.
