Job summary

Included Health is seeking a Client Success Portfolio Manager to support a large portfolio of complex clients, focusing on retention, growth, and optimized client service delivery. The role reports to the AVP and collaborates with the Senior Director to scale processes and improve outcomes.

You will drive cross-functional work across CTOS, prepare strategic reviews, and deliver insights to guide client conversations while advancing CSD initiatives and AVP priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience with Fortune 500 clients in benefits and healthcare.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and executive engagement.
• Ability to drive cross-functional results and manage long-term client relationships.
• Autonomy in a remote, fast-paced environment with ambiguity and change.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex clients, consolidating escalations for RCA and resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Act as a proxy for the CS portfolio to inform TCO CSD initiatives and ensure alignment with AVP priorities.
• Lead retention and upsell efforts within the portfolio and scale processes to reduce repetitive CS work.
• Develop plans and materials for client meetings, providing insights and ensuring consistent execution of client lifecycle tasks.
