W3Global in Seattle area is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join a Pacific Northwest litigation practice. Active Washington State Bar admission is required, with 3+ years in civil litigation, including insurance or personal injury defense.

The role emphasizes collaboration, case strategy, and modern digital case management. You will handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, and hearings, with support from a strong team and flexible, remote-first working arrangements to promote

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Bar admission required.
• 3+ years civil litigation experience, in insurance or personal injury defense.
• Experience in construction defect litigation valued.
• Strong research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills.
• Experience managing discovery, motions, depositions and strategy.
• Organised, responsive, proactive case management and collaboration.
• Comfort with digital practice management systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Develop case strategy through research, factual investigation, and analysis.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, memoranda and other litigation documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions, attend hearings, and assist in mediations and trial prep.
• Evaluate liability and damages while developing defence strategies.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to manage cases efficiently.
• Maintain organised case files, meet deadlines, and communicate with clients.
