The ideal candidate holds a WA Bar and has recent insurance defense experience, with strong drafting, deposition, and courtroom skills to support settlements, trials, and appeals.

Qualifications

• WA Bar is required.
• Recent insurance defense experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions; attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Evaluate liability and damages exposure; provide case analysis and client reporting.
• Prepare cases for settlement, trial, and appeal as needed.
