Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering experience building and operating backend systems.
• Proficiency in backend languages (Go/Java) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
• Track record as DRI for technical projects, delivering end-to-end implementations.
• Experience with blockchain/crypto technologies such as stablecoins or on-chain payments.

Responsibilities

• Own key projects end-to-end as the Directly Responsible Individual.
• Build backend systems, infrastructure, and APIs for stablecoin-based payments.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Infrastructure, and Compliance on requirements and security.
• Improve performance, scalability, and reliability of distributed systems.
• Contribute to architecture, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
