Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering experience building and operating backend systems.
• Proficiency in backend languages (Go, Java) and cloud infra (AWS, GCP).
• Track record of serving as DRI for technical projects, driving end-to-end delivery.
• Experience with blockchain or crypto technologies such as stablecoins, on-chain payments.
• Ability to write technical design documents and communicate architecture trade-offs.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own key projects end-to-end as the Directly Responsible Individual, driving features from design to production.
• Build backend systems, infrastructure, and APIs for stablecoin-based payments.
• Partner with Product, Design, Infra, and Compliance to balance speed, security, and regulatory needs.
• Execute performance, scalability, and reliability improvements across distributed systems.
• Support engineering quality through code reviews and architectural best practices.
