Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience designing, developing, and launching backend systems.
• Familiar with distributed systems and related technologies.
• Willingness to own growth and participate in team development.

Responsibilities

• Break down projects into tasks and deliver in phases with timely delivery.
• Collaborate with product, design & analytics to consider risks and trade-offs.
• Monitor and maintain team artifacts and support on-call efforts.
• Participate in interview process to grow the team.
