Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience designing, developing and launching backend systems using Python or Kotlin.
• Familiar with distributed systems and technologies like AWS, Kafka, Flink and Kubernetes.
• Able to turn simple problems into multi-component solutions with well-tested, extensible code.
• Comfortable navigating large code bases and providing code reviews.
• Proactive in seeking feedback and growing with the team.
• Strong communication for global engineering collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Break down larger projects into tasks; deliver in phases and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with product management, design and analytics during ideation and trade-off decisions.
• Support operations by creating and monitoring metrics and handling on-call efforts.
• Contribute to team community through growth and interview participation.
