Responsibilities

• Build and iterate on workflows, integrations, and automations to improve day-to-day efficiency.
• Execute high-priority tooling and automation initiatives across the ops stack.
• Collaborate with engineers to scope requirements and write technical specs.
• Improve systems across tools, including support platforms and AI-driven solutions.
• Translate problems into practical, well-scoped technical solutions.
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies and address them proactively.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure tooling reliability in production.
