Job summary

Clipboard is seeking an Applied AI Strategy & Ops Associate to support and evolve our internal tooling ecosystem across Ops. This hands-on role focuses on strengthening the operational stack with automation, API integrations, and AI-driven systems.

You will partner with team leadership to execute priorities, refine existing tooling, and introduce new tooling so our stack scales with the business, while delivering reliable, practical improvements for day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

Strong API, integration, and automation tooling experience.
Ability to translate problems into practical tech solutions.
Comfort with cross-functional collaboration and delivering reliable tooling.
Experience improving or building internal tooling stacks.

Responsibilities

Execute high-priority tooling and automation initiatives across the ops stack.
Build and iterate workflows, integrations, and automations to boost daily efficiency.
Support and improve systems across tools, including support platforms and AI-driven solutions.
Translate defined problems into practical, well-scoped technical solutions.
Identify gaps in tooling and proactively address them.
Troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, ensure production performance.
Contribute to improvements in how systems connect and operate together.
