Job summary

Uplevel is seeking a practitioner-coach to embed with engineering teams (300–2000 people) across engagements of ~12 weeks. You’ll coach, pair, and facilitate to build organizational capability, blending AI-assisted tooling with modern engineering practices.

Remote-first is workable, but in-person sessions accelerate change. You’ll work with managers, engineers, and executives to drive durable improvements in delivery, flow, and team health across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on coaching inside engineering teams
• Deep fluency in continuous delivery practices
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development workflows and tooling
• Experience in large, enterprise- scale organizations
• Other coaching or consulting experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Embed with engineering teams and coach through pairing, mobbing, retros, and workshops
• Help teams reduce WIP and shorten cycle times toward continuous delivery
• Provide concrete technical recommendations and coach modern engineering practices
• Surface bottlenecks and root causes at the team level
• Integrate AI-assisted workflows into daily development lifecycle
