Job summary

Mindera is seeking an Agentic Engineering Coach to accelerate AI-assisted and agentic software development across engineering teams. You will combine hands-on development with AI tooling to drive adoption of agent orchestration, prompts, validation, and best practices.

You will prototype patterns, measure impact on delivery outcomes, and stay current with evolving engineering standards. This role is remote-friendly with flexible hours and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and agentic platforms.
• Experience with MCP-based tooling and integrations.
• Experience creating reusable AI workflows or developer productivity tooling.
• Experience helping teams adopt new technologies at scale (workshops, communities, enablement).
• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures.
• Experience in large-scale digital, retail, or eCommerce environments.

Responsibilities

• Coach engineering teams to embed AI-assisted and agentic practices into daily workflows.
• Deliver productivity improvements via AI tooling, automation, and agent orchestration.
• Prototype and demonstrate agentic development patterns through examples.
• Help engineers develop effective prompting, validation, and review techniques.
• Measure and communicate tangible impact on software delivery outcomes.
• Contribute to evolving engineering standards and practices with emerging techniques.
