Job summary

Summit Fire & Security seeks a Sales Representative in Hawaii to grow new business through construction and service sales. You will acquire leads, provide outside and inside sales, and drive the proposal-to-contract lifecycle while building relationships with customers and stakeholders.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years of business development or fire life safety sales experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel up to 40% and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s in business preferred.
• 2 years of business development or Fire Life Safety sales experience preferred.
• 2 years operating a computer; proficiency with MS Office required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire leads for new work including installation service and support of fire protection systems; sell Summit's services.
• Provide outside and inside sales; lead the sales process from contact to contract/Notice to Proceed.
• Generate proposals, follow up on active proposals, and close sales; communicate status to management.
