AdvantaClean is seeking an empathetic, high-integrity sales professional for a fire loss sales role in Norcross, GA. You will respond to qualified leads and build trust with property owners through compassionate, consultative conversations.

The role offers a base salary plus commission, with significant upside for top performers. Flexible work-from-home options are available; you will team with first responders, insurers, and managers to grow a meaningful new sales channel.

Qualifications

• Outside, in-home, consultative or relationship-based sales experience.
• Ability to establish trust quickly with customers.
• Excellent judgment, emotional intelligence, follow-up and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to qualified fire-loss leads; no radio monitoring.
• Approach property owners with compassion and explain restoration/insurance process.
• Build trust, answer questions, overcome objections, ask for the opportunity to serve.
• Secure work authorizations and coordinate handoff to operations.
• Follow up, document activity, and meet revenue goals.
• Build referral relationships with first responders, insurers, and property managers.
