Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to support the SEC/EDGAR product suite. This remote, nationwide role involves delivering technical demos, guiding data gathering, and partnering with the issuer sales team to win new business.

You will travel occasionally for conferences, respond to customer requirements, and help shape the product roadmap through technical feedback and collaborative collaboration with marketing and sales.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the SEC EDGAR filing process.
• Prior sales or sales support experience.
• Previous tech demo experience required.
• At least 5 years of experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate product offerings through technical demos to address questions.
• Guide pre-demo data gathering and post-demo follow-up.
• Collaborate with sales teams and leaders.
• Develop trusted relationships to retain and grow revenue.
• Participate in contract negotiations.
• Represent Broadridge at conferences and events.
• Achieve sales activity goals and manage the pipeline.
• Work with Salesforce CRM and document client needs.
• Plan training sessions for product and industry and prepare internal trainings.
• Create collateral with marketing and coordinate conference attendance.
