Guide clients through Broadridge product offerings with technical demos and real-time Q&A.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop and tailor client communications and proposals.
Build and deliver client presentations; coordinate product and industry trainings for the sales team.
Drive and manage the sales pipeline; participate in contract negotiations and conferences.
Capture client requirements to inform product roadmap and enhancements.
