Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team and support our SEC/EDGAR product suite. The role is remote and nationwide, with limited travel for conferences or client visits. You will demonstrate the product, gather technical requirements, and articulate value to prospects.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams; manage Salesforce-based pipelines; and participate in contract negotiations to drive revenue. Strong communication and technical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales or sales support required.
• Ability to gather technical requirements and inform product roadmap.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish best practice for pre-demo data gathering and post-demo follow up.
• Collaborate with Broadridge sales teams, peers and leaders.
• Develop trusted partner relationships with key customers to retain and grow revenue over time.
• Participate in contract negotiations.
• Achieve sales activity goals and develop the sales pipeline.
• Work with our CRM system (Salesforce) and create collateral with marketing.
• Gather technical requirements to inform the product roadmap.
