Job summary

Kinective is hiring a Project Manager for our Client Experience Team. This remote role reports to the Director, Professional Services. Hours are 8-5pm and sponsorship is not offered at this time.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and internal teams to design, plan, and manage complex software installations, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of project management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3 years experience managing client-facing projects.
• 1-2 years’ experience in software installation processes.
• PMP or CPM certification preferred.
• Experience in Private Equity backed organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create long- and short-term project plans with milestones and deadlines.
• Partner with Product, Support, Development and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Delegate tasks to team members.
• Manage multiple projects with competing priorities, resources, and timelines.
• Communicate with executives and clients to align project goals.
• Adjust schedules and targets as project financing changes.
• Perform quality control throughout development.
