Kinective is hiring a Project Manager to coordinate client-facing software installations and implementations across our banking technology platforms. You will lead cross-functional teams, build project plans, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a remote-first environment. Prior PE-backed experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3 years experience managing client-facing projects.
• 1-2 years’ experience in software installation processes.
• PMP or CPM certification (Preferred).
• Experience working in a Private Equity backed organization (Preferred).

Responsabilités

• Create long- and short-term project plans, including setting targets for milestones and deadlines for internal and external clients.
• Partner closely with Product, Support, Development and other internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client experience.
• Delegate tasks on the project to team members.
• Manage multiple deals/projects concurrently with competing priorities, resources, and timelines.
• Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for project progression.
• Serve as a point of contact for teams to ensure alignment of actions.
• Communicate with executives and clients to keep the project aligned with goals.
• Adjust schedules and targets as project needs or financing change.
• Perform quality control on the project throughout development and escalate at-risk dates.
• Must work independently with minimal supervision and contribute to the larger project deal team.
