Job summary

Kinective is seeking an Implementation Analyst to join our hybrid team and manage client onboarding, coordinating across product, support, and sales to ensure timely, successful deployments. You will configure software solutions, design integrations, and provide client training and documentation to support go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2+ years managing client-facing implementation projects.
• 1+ years experience in software delivery and maintenance processes.
• Banking industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical aspects of client onboarding and implementations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including product development, support, and sales, to align project milestones and deliverables.
• Prepare detailed project plans, document timelines, and maintain project status updates.
• Analyze client requirements and configure software solutions to meet specific business needs.
• Collaborate with clients and product teams to determine custom configurations and integrations.
• Provide input on best practices for setup and implementation based on industry standards.
• Conduct training sessions with clients to ensure they understand the technical aspects of the software.
• Create user guides, FAQs, and other support documentation to assist clients post-implementation.
• Handle data migration from legacy systems, ensuring accurate data mapping, quality, and testing.
• Serve as the primary contact for technical issues during implementation, conducting root cause analyses and providing resolutions.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate solution functionality and compatibility.
• Maintain accurate records of project milestones, configurations, issues, and resolutions.
