Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and managing expectations.
• Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and best practices within project teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party integrations as required for project success.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and ensure continuous improvement in project delivery.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years focused specifically on the Financial Technology (FinTech) sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex FinTech projects, including new product launches or platform developments.
• Deep understanding of financial services, capital markets, payment systems, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience managing remote teams.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project) and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA, PMP, or relevant FinTech certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience working in a fully remote, international environment is essential.
