Zusammenfassung

Zip Co Limited is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for direct-to-consumer financial products adjacent to our BNPL core. You will own the product lifecycle from uncovering customer needs to launching MVPs and scaling successful products, while mentoring 1–3 PMs and collaborating across design, engineering, data, risk, legal, and marketing.

This is a remote-first US role with an option to work from our Manhattan office, focusing on a cohesive, trusted customer

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of product management experience in consumer digital products.
• 3+ years directly managing Product Managers with proven results.
• Experience leading direct-to-consumer financial products (BNPL, lending, payments).
• Proven track record launching zero-to-one products and scaling them.
• Experience across lifecycle stages in a product portfolio.
• Strong analytical and quantitative judgment.
• Ability to balance value, risk, regulation and growth.

Aufgaben

• Own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Zip’s DTC product portfolio including BNPL and adjacent products.
• Lead a team of PMs, set direction, mentor, and stay hands-on when necessary.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, and external partners.
• Define product economics and performance with Finance and Risk; manage portfolio metrics.
• Shape GTM, onboarding, lifecycle engagement, cross-sell, and customer education.
