Job summary

Ambrook is building the next generation of fintech products for American SMBs, focusing on neobanking capabilities, payments, and onboarding. As a Fintech Product Manager, you will own product direction, drive top-line revenue, and mentor cross-functional teams in engineering, design, and marketing.

You will report to the co-founder and Head of Product, collaborating to build sustainable and profitable experiences for SMB operators, emphasizing data-driven decisions and customer-centricity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a product manager in fintech with engineering collaboration.
• Ability to synthesize stakeholder input into decisions.
• Fluent SQL and Excel; capable of dashboards.
• Experience with AI tools to accelerate work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; startup pace.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap and strategy for Ambrook’s fintech products.
• Lead a pod of engineers, designers, and operators.
• Report on pod OKRs with measurable impact.
• Lead product onboarding calls and teach customers.
