Job summary

Ambrook, a United States–based fintech startup, is looking for a customer-facing team member to be the face of the company for family-run businesses. You'll use warmth and financial fluency to deliver real value, helping operators gain financial clarity with Ambrook’s tools for accounting, banking, and spending.

Within 1 month you’ll become deeply familiar with our product, handle chat independently, and lead live onboarding calls.

Responsibilities

• Handle support chat independently with prompt, accurate, and friendly responses.
• Lead live onboarding calls and build relationships across teams.
• Own a high volume of customer interactions across chat and onboarding calls.
• Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams to improve the experience.

Within 3 months you'll:

• Own a high volume of customer interactions across chat and onboarding calls.
• Serve as a trusted resource for accounting concepts like reconciling transactions and balance sheets.
• Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams to improve the experience.
