Job summary

Rain is seeking a detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to join our onboarding team. You will collaborate with sales, solutions, operations, and compliance to ensure partners have a seamless experience.

You will help integrate partner accounts, analyze onboarding metrics, and work with product managers to define requirements and user stories. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions and cross-functional teamwork to optimize Rain’s onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0–2 years in implementation, customer success, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs and tailor onboarding solutions.
• Facilitate integration of company accounts into the platform and troubleshoot issues.
• Analyze product performance and track onboarding metrics for improvements.
• Support design of onboarding workflows for new business customers.
• Provide data-driven insights to enhance user experience during onboarding.
• Define business requirements for onboarding with product managers and create user stories.
