Eltropy Inc. is seeking a proactive Tier 2 Customer Success Manager (CSM) to manage a portfolio of 50 mid-size customers across the South Central U.S. region.

This remote position supports community financial institutions using our AI-powered SaaS platform, focusing on retention, growth, and value realization. You will build tailored success plans, monitor health metrics, collaborate with Sales on expansions, and guide onboarding and adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS and FinTech.
• Strong empathy, curiosity, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across sales, product and support teams.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of 50 customers and build long-term relationships.
• Conduct regular check-ins and Strategic Business Reviews to ensure outcomes are met.
• Advocate for customers’ product, technology and service needs inside the company.
• Develop tailored success plans and monitor health metrics to prevent churn.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales to close them.
• Program-manage onboarding and drive product adoption with training.
• Gather customer feedback to influence product development and enhancements.
• Track customer health and retention; maintain accurate CRM records.
