Qualifications

• LLB or equivalent qualification.
• Admitted as Attorney or Advocate of the High Court of South Africa.
• 7+ years of relevant legal experience, with focus on financial services or corporate law.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on financial regulations, corporate governance and compliance matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate legal agreements and commercial contracts.
