Placements24 is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer for a fully remote role supporting a rapidly expanding international fintech client. You will develop, implement and monitor comprehensive compliance programs across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to AML, KYC, GDPR, and other financial regulations.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in compliance, strong analytical skills, and proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams across time zones while operating in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or related field.
• Master's degree or CAMS/CRCM preferred.
• 7+ years in compliance, risk management in financial services/fintech.
• Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, GDPR, CCPA.
• Experience building and monitoring compliance programs.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to lead in remote, multi-time-zone environments.

• In-depth knowledge of relevant financial regulations (e.g., AML, KYC, GDPR, CCPA) and international compliance standards.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing comprehensive compliance programs.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem‑solving skills.
