Job summary

Array is a remote-first fintech company helping brands, banks, and fintechs bring credit and identity tools to market. As a Client Success Manager, you will nurture strategic accounts, drive revenue growth, and tailor Array product solutions to client goals.

You’ll own deployments, launches, optimization, and renewal, collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Deployment teams to deliver customized offerings. A base salary starts at $80,000 with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B client success owning strategic accounts with health, retention and ARR growth.
• Proven track record expanding high-impact client relationships, preferably fintech/finance.
• Strong client service mindset and ability to grow accounts.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and ownership of account success.
• Awareness of financial industry growth opportunities and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts and craft tailored strategies.
• Own the client relationship across deployment, launch, optimization, renewal.
• Proactively resolve or anticipate client issues.
• Identify and lead growth opportunities, including cross-sell into Array products.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Deployment to deliver customized solutions.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics.
• Leverage AI tools to think, build, and ship faster.
