As an Accounts Payable Clerk at Array, you will manage daily AP activities and maintain accurate financial records as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounts payable or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience processing and keying invoices.
• Experience with an AP system (Ramp preferred).

Responsibilities

• Enter vendor invoices into Ramp with proper coding and routing for approvals.
• Coordinate with employees and vendors to collect documentation and address payment inquiries.
• Maintain organized financial records and assist with audits and accounting requests.
