Qualifications

• Expert-level experience administering, configuring, and supporting enterprise financial systems.
• Strong SQL Server and data integrity experience.
• Experience with Windows Server, IIS, and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and data integration across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administrate and optimize core financial systems including billing, GL, and time entry.
• Maintain security, access controls, and data governance.
• Develop SQL queries and optimize performance; manage backups and disaster recovery.
• Design integrations between financial systems and other enterprise tools (ERP/CRM).
• Produce clear documentation and runbooks; mentor staff.
• Ensure internal controls and support month/year-end processing.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotations.
