Job summary

Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP in Wheeling, WV, seeks a Service Operations Specialist II for our Global Operations & Innovation Center. This hybrid role requires on-site presence and flexibility across shifts to support attorneys, staff and clients in a fast-paced legal tech environment.

The candidate will resolve technical issues, provide phone, email, and chat support, and coordinate with other engineers to ensure rapid restoration of services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline and escalated technical support to attorneys, staff, and clients.
• Resolve incidents using established incident/ticketing workflows and SLAs.
• Log issues accurately in the IT service management database with detailed notes.
• Mentor and assist other Service Operation Specialists and act as SME for core applications.
• Maintain documentation of technical configurations and procedures.
