Prointegrate World It Consulting is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert for a remote contractor role. The position combines accounting expertise with hands-on ERP/financial systems work to evaluate AI-generated outputs and provide precise feedback.

The role requires 3+ years in financial accounting, month-end close, or FP&A, plus paid AI training experience. Strong Excel and familiarity with major ERP platforms are expected, with immediate joining preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in financial accounting, month-end close, corporate accounting, audit, or FP&A.
• Hands-on experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, and close activities.
• Experience with ERP/financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Workday.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Mandatory paid Human Data / AI training experience for AI/ML projects.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for technical accuracy, including journal entries and explanations.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify accounting errors and provide correct treatments with rationale.
• Assess accounting workflows and financial systems logic across ERP platforms.
• Rate and evaluate AI-generated responses according to predefined rubrics and guidelines.
• Develop realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers based on actual practices.
• Provide clear written feedback to support improvements in AI model performance.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Financial Systems & Accounting professionals to support an AI-focused project involving accounting operations and financial systems.

The role combines strong accounting knowledge with hands-on ERP/financial systems experience. Selected professionals will evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs, review financial information, identify errors, and provide technically accurate feedback.

Important: Prior paid Human Data / AI training experience is a mandatory requirement for this project.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for technical accuracy, including accounting treatments, calculations, journal entries, and explanations.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify accounting errors and provide the correct treatment with appropriate rationale.
• Assess accounting workflows and financial systems logic across ERP/accounting platforms.
• Rate and evaluate AI-generated responses according to predefined rubrics and grading guidelines.
• Develop realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers based on actual accounting practices.
• Provide clear written feedback to support improvements in AI model performance.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in financial accounting, month-end close, corporate accounting, audit, bookkeeping, financial reporting, management/cost accounting, or accounting-focused FP&A.
• Hands-on experience preparing or reviewing:
  Journal entries
  Account reconciliations
  Financial statements
  – Month-end/period-end close activities
• Experience with one or more financial systems such as:
  NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, or comparable platforms.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Mandatory AI Experience

Applicants MUST have prior paid professional experience in Human Data activities supporting AI/ML model training, such as:

• Data annotation
  • Data labeling
  • RLHF
  • AI response evaluation
  • Model evaluation
  • Rubric-based grading

Using ChatGPT or AI-enabled features within accounting/ERP software alone does NOT satisfy this requirement.

Preferred Skills

Experience with BlackLine, Bill.com, Ramp, Brex, Stripe, Avalara, Anaplan, Tableau, or Power BI is an advantage.

Previous verified participation in micro1 projects is also preferred.
