Responsibilities
- Oversee full recruitment lifecycle for financial services roles (analysts, portfolio managers, compliance, risk, traders, investment bankers).
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract candidates with specific qualifications.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments of technical, regulatory, and culture fit.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key financial services stakeholders.
