Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Financial Services Recruiter for a fully remote, contractor role. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for professional roles, partnering with hiring managers and leveraging Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter to build strong candidate pipelines.

The position requires 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting, 3+ years in relevant domains, and a focus on delivering a high-quality candidate experience while adhering to client hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant recruiting experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting professional-level positions.
• Minimum 3+ years recruiting for Sales, Sales Support, IT, Business Development, or Business Operations.
• Demonstrated experience with candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and candidate relationship management.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and conducting intake/requisition review meetings.
• Proficiency using Workday or comparable applicant tracking systems.
• Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct candidate screening interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
• Coordinate candidate scheduling and interview logistics with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain proactive communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support hiring managers with candidate evaluation, interview feedback collection, and selection decisions.
• Prepare and manage offers, negotiate terms when appropriate, and facilitate candidate closure activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key business stakeholders.
• Ensure recruiting activities are documented accurately within applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
