Ideal candidates have 4+ years in full-cycle recruiting, including W-2, 1099, and C2C, and are adept at using ATS platforms and VMS tools to deliver quality candidates at scale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across agency and in-house environments.
• Experience recruiting contract talent across W-2, 1099, and C2C arrangements.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and managing multiple concurrent requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage the full cycle recruiting process for contract and project-based roles across multiple clients, sourcing and assessing qualified professionals.
• Partner with internal account teams to clarify requirements, prioritize searches, and align delivery expectations.
• Translate requisitions and client requests into targeted recruiting strategies.
• Share pipeline updates and market insights with Sales, recommending adjustments to improve search outcomes.
• Maintain candidate relationships, accurate recruiting records, and effective handoffs.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and contribute to improvements in recruiting quality and efficiency.
