Job summary

The Leading Niche is seeking a Financial & Participant Logistics Administrator for the Army Research Laboratory's Military Engagement Program. This fully remote role oversees participant stipends, housing, travel, and financial records for participant support.

You will ensure accuracy, compliance with Joint Travel Regulation (JTR), and timely financial reporting, coordinating with contractors and government-approved events. Strong federal program administration experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate biweekly participant stipends through payroll system.
• Monitor stipend processing for accuracy and compliance with funding.
• Maintain financial records for participants: stipends, housing, relocation, reimbursements.
• Reconcile financial transactions, invoices, advances, reimbursements, and documentation.
• Monitor program funding balances, discrepancies, and obligations.
• Coordinate Government-approved student housing arrangements and payments.
• Arrange authorized participant travel including airfare, rail, and vehicle reimbursements.
• Coordinate local transportation as directed by Government.
• Ensure travel, lodging, per diem, and reimbursements comply with JTR and funding limits.
• Support ARTE financial administration: attendee travel, lodging, reimbursements.
• Coordinate financial requirements for networking events and program activities.
• Prepare financial information for post-award budgets.
