Responsibilities

• Coordinate program schedules, milestones, and status reporting.
• Screen applications against criteria and document issues.
• Match research opportunities with participants and labs.
• Prepare selection inputs and correspondence after approvals.
• Assist onboarding and security documentation; track submission status.
• Plan events, webinars, and related travel logistics.
• Maintain confidential information and provide clear program updates.
