Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret financial data and perform research analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Proficient in accounting software and tools (e.g., Excel, Workday).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with appraisers, clients, market leadership, and leadership to ensure accurate revenue and expense management.
• Conduct research and analysis to support revenue management and expense tracking activities.
• Monitor revenue streams, expenses, and cash flow to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation and review of commission applications and ensure proper documentation.
• Track and maintain records of policy changes and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including invoices and payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve revenue-related issues.
• Participate in improving revenue management and accounting processes.
• Assist in preparing financial reports related to revenue, expenses, and cash management.
