Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Financial Operations Associate Analyst in the United States. You will collect, resolve issues, and organize data to ensure invoicing and accrual deadlines are met, leveraging your data analytics skills and Excel proficiency.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in data analytics or healthcare/financial analysis, a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting, and HFMA CRCR certification within 9 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Finance / Accounting.
• 3-5 years data analytics or 3-5 years related experience in healthcare or financial analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with internal/external customers.
• Strong MS Excel skills and data-handling capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Support new client onboarding by reviewing and interpreting contracts and documenting invoicing requirements.
• Ensure client invoicing and accrual data is completed accurately and on schedule; communicate barriers or delays.
• Gather, analyze, and validate reported data for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance through audits and reconciliations.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses to address evolving business needs.
