Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle/Accounts Receivable Analyst to accelerate cash flow, reduce aging, and optimize the overall revenue cycle through hands-on AR management and advanced analytics.

You will collaborate with AR leaders, operations, and automation teams to identify performance gaps, quantify opportunities, and drive measurable improvements across payer groups, aging segments, and financial classes. This remote role may require travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare accounts receivable or revenue cycle analytics.
• Strong understanding of AR aging, denial workflows, and reimbursement concepts.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own analysis and oversight of assigned AR populations, including payer follow-up, denial categories, aged balances, and high-risk inventory.
• Develop, maintain, and interpret AR dashboards and reporting across aging, payer groups, financial class, and denial categories.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual touches through automation or workflow redesign and support deployment and measurement of AR automations.
