Qualifications

• 3-5 years data analytics experience, preferably in healthcare or financial analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal/external customers.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding by reviewing contracts and documenting invoicing requirements.
• Ensure invoicing and accrual data are complete, on time, and within scope; flag blockers.
• Gather, analyze, and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Identify improvements via data reviews, audits, and reconciliations.
• Analyze variances and trends; explain discrepancies and highlight risks.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses for evolving business needs.
• Assist leadership with records and reporting to enable timely decisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
