Assertive Professionals is seeking a Business & Financial Operations Analyst to support our DoD/DoW client in Quantico, VA. The role involves analyzing financial data, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with regulations in a government setting.

The position requires an active Secret clearance, a strong background in finance, and experience with cost tracking, SOP development, and program governance. Onsite duties are performed at a government/customer facility in Quantico.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, business, or related field or eight years of relevant financial work.
• Minimum 3 years of quantitative financial analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address gaps in business operations for the DoD/DoW customer.
• Document and improve workflows; develop SOPs and draft policies.
• Support project cost tracking, WBSs and schedules; governance activities.
