Assertive Professionals seeks a Customer Requirements Analyst to support our DoD/DoW customer in Quantico, VA. The role involves requirements analysis, technical expertise, and coordination of IT investments, with a focus on customer engagement and process improvement.

The position is onsite at a government/customer facility in Quantico. Candidates must have an active security clearance, extensive relevant experience, and strong technical writing skills to document business and IT processes.

Qualificações

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; OR 8+ years of customer-facing support or analysis.
• Experience with technical writing and process improvement.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS/CAS and DoD/DoW policies.
• Fluent English reading/writing/speaking.

Responsabilidades

• Provide requirements analysis and recommendations for the customer.
• Serve as liaison for customer requirements and IT capability requests.
• Coordinate IT investments, system requirements specifications, and planning activities.
• Support user acceptance testing, governance, and training.
• Monitor user experience and service-delivery metrics.
