Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors is seeking a Financial Education Coordinator to support retirement plan education programs for plan participants. You will coordinate educational meetings, prepare participant materials, and ensure clear communication of plan benefits and retirement concepts.

Work closely with advisors and plan sponsors to promote participant engagement and financial wellness, manage calendars, and produce promotional materials for scheduled events and communications.

Qualifications

• Business sense and ability to apply knowledge to make sound decisions.
• Strong client relationship management to satisfy needs.
• Customer experience management to ensure positive interactions at touchpoints.
• Ability to analyze situations and make productive decisions.
• Clear and effective communication across teams and clients.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a big plus.
• Financial background preferred for understanding retirement concepts.

Responsibilities

• Handles support functions for the client’s financial well-being initiative, including scheduling, cost recording, and inbox management.
• Manages meeting input and availability in the RPAG system.
• Schedules ad hoc meetings with Financial Professionals and inputs data into client records.
• Supports Financial Professionals with events calendar and vital appointment information.
• Produces promotional materials for events (email campaigns, flyers, etc.).
• Manages relationship activities with new/existing clients, coordinating implementation and status calls.
